The Kitchen of Apartment 1-J

I've decided that I really enjoy cooking, so here's a look at some of the meal's I prepared this summer for the four of us. With the exception of a few ill-fated meals, mostly everything turned out very well. The majority of my recipies are old family favorites, or new finds from Epicurious.com and other online recipe sources.
