I haven't been diving all that long, but I have, through a variety of excellent deals, managed to aquire some very good gear.

The wetsuit

My ScubaMax hood is essential for diving in colder water (such as the sound). Its very comfortable, and it keeps the air bubbles from my regulator from getting in my ears (I hate that).
I have a Farmer John style ScubaMax wetsuit. Its not as fancy as the Henderson Hyperstretch, but it's much more indestructable. Since it doubles up in the torso region, it keeps me nice and warm.

Everything Else

Through an amazing deal I was able to secure an Oceanic Probe BCD. This is an amazing BCD with more features and places to clip things than i might ever need. The dumpable weights are a plus, and Its got storage pouches galore.
My dive computer is an older Suunto which is integrated with the compass and pressure gauge. Its a little more beat up than the one in this picture, but it works great
I love my Regulator. I have a Genesis 2000, which breathes like a charm. I can adjust the flow rate to get the ideal amount of air at any depth, and to prevent free-flow at the surface.
I don't have my own tank yet, but when I get one it'll be the standard old aluminum 80.
